The Libertarian Party of Texas is an affiliate of the Libertarian National Committee.
The Libertarian Party is the third largest and fastest-growing political party in Texas and in the United States. It is also the only political party to advocate truly limited government, especially as established in the U.S. Constitution by our Founders.
Our mission is to serve as a watchdog over the state legislature and advocate for passage or defeat of proposed legislation, inform our membership of political issues, maintain the party’s ballot access, recruit candidates, encourage strong Libertarian voter turnout and assist county affiliates in increasing party membership.
