These are print-on-demand / pack-on-demand and mailed via USPS within one business day of ordering, so our clients never have to go to the store or wait in line at the Post Office. How long have you been in business?
AMCS traces its roots back to 1993, where it began as an independent computer and network troubleshooting company. Since inception, AMCS has grown to serve the entire IH-35 corridor from south San Antonio to northern Austin.
What is your primary product or service?
Managing Information Technology (IT) so our clients can focus on their own line of business. We employ a small group of industry certified professionals who combine real-world experience with textbook knowledge and skills.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a child, I always had to take things apart to see how they worked. Fixing computer, network and code problems is a natural outgrowth of that trait.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Caring Personalities. We don't treat our clients like idiots. We work hard to reassure the client and make sure the client understands what can be done to address a problem.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We don't have brick and mortar stores. AMCS comes to your location to address problems in situ. We service the Greater Austin Area down to San Antonio, Texas. We will consider service to areas outside the area on a case by case basis.
