How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for over 15 years. We started in MN and then shut down so we could move to a warmer climate. Here we are in Texas and loving the neighbors we meet everyday in the Austin area.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a full-service Consulting Firm that can handle anything you need to help reduce the cost and increase the value of your IT investment from special projecs to managing the health of your network. All for less than the cost of hiring an employee.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been doing this as long as I can remember. I got started when I was young and the computer my parents had lost its hard drive. The tech we took it to saw my interest and offered me a job. I have never looked back.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We do not want to be just another vendor or service company. We strive to be a partner with your company. Someone who takes a genuine approach to how you do business and how you can do better. No matter what the Technology or size of the organization, we have solutions to help you get the most out of Information Technology.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have 1 location that services the Austin and San Antonio area. We will soon be expanding into other areas such as Dallas and Houston

The company is a corporation owned by Nathaniel Smith, Robert Newenham, and Tony Ianno.

We are open normal business hours Monday thu Friday and have a 24 hour helpdesk for emergencies.
