How long have you been in business?
Have a been a licensed real estate agent residing in Austin since 2016. Before that I was a licensed agent in Minnesota and have been a renter, landlord, property owner and buyers agent assisting first time home buyers.
What is your primary product or service?
Primary service is apartment locating in the Austin metro area. It didn't matter if a client is searching for a luxury downtown apartment community or has issues with their background or credit history. Apartment options may be available for this no credit, bad credit l, eviction or property history as well as those with foreclosure and even a broken lease.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Apartment locating is a niche segment in the real estate industry that is underserved. As a veteran I have always been drawn to assist and help those in need and with rising rents throughout the Austin area, I wanted to provide clients the opportunity to an Austin apartment locator to obtain the best apartment based on a clients needs, location and budget.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Using technology to assist clients and going a step above to assist clients is a primary goal. As a recent example, a client received free help to move into their apartment on moving day.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently one location but would like to expand to multiple locations.

What type of payments do you accept?
Our services are free. Compensation comes directly from the apartment community marketing budget.
