How long have you been in business?
Groovy Dog Bakery was first established in 2002.
What is your primary product or service?
With over 40 recipes it's hard to say which one is our primary product. If I had to pick, I would choose our signature flower shaped treat that comes in the following flavors: PeaMutt Butter, CinnaBone, VeggieBone, Bark-B-Que & Barley Barkers. All flavors are available at many retail & wholesale outlets.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
When I fell in love with my first Boxer, I knew then that I would some day own a business that would enable me to share my knowledge & love for dogs, baking & good nutrition.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We strive daily to make a connection with each & every customer & their pets. Groovy Dog Bakery is a very social place where people go for a good laugh, cry or to share their story.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently, there is only one Groovy Dog Bakery & Boutique location; however, there are many other retail & wholesale outlets.

We are located just south of Ben White at the Westgate, South Lamar Central Market shopping center. That's 4477 S. Lamar Blvd. Suite 508.

Austin & the surrounding areas for drop ins or I mail out any where across the United States.

What are your hours of operation?
Monday thru Saturday 10 am - 6 pm. Sundays, 11 am - 5 pm.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
"My dogs just can't get enough of your treats". Or, "my dogs will only eat Groovy Dog treats!"
